"Working at Graham has been a rewarding experience. As a Parts Specialist, I get to play a key role in keeping our customers’ trucks on the road. Every day brings something new—whether it’s tracking down a hard-to-find part, helping a technician get what they need quickly, or assisting a customer at the counter.

What I enjoy most is the team environment. Everyone here—from sales to service to management—works together with the same goal: taking care of our customers. I feel valued for the knowledge I bring and supported with training that helps me keep growing. There is always on-going training opportunities, which help me to stay on top of changes in the industry.
